The whole process takes under two minutes for most people.

You must be at least 18 years old to register, play or make any transactions at do999. This is a strict requirement. Age verification is carried out during the registration and account review process. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and no play or deposits will be permitted.

No. Each person is allowed only one active do999 account. Creating duplicate accounts using different mobile numbers, emails or names is a violation of the terms and conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit in most cases. Make sure your account details are correctly saved before submitting a withdrawal request.

Processing times depend on the withdrawal method chosen. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally faster than bank transfers. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the bank. Withdrawals to Raast are typically faster given that Raast is a real-time payment system. The status of your withdrawal request is visible in the transaction history section of your account at all times.

If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that fixture are voided and your stake is returned to your do999 PKR balance. If a match is abandoned mid-game, settlement depends on how many overs have been completed and whether an official result has been declared.
