1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the do999 platform at do999.onl — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and do999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted exactly one account on do999. Registering multiple accounts — for any reason, including to claim welcome bonuses multiple times — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept secure and confidential. do999 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact do999 support immediately at [email protected]. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. Each person who wishes to use do999 must register their own account.

do999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required for security or compliance purposes. Where an account is closed under these circumstances, do999 will communicate the reason to the account holder where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on do999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). do999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to your do999 account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method used and are outside do999's direct control once a transaction leaves our systems.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the do999 finance team and may be subject to identity verification checks before funds are released. do999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted as part of your account tier under the VIP loyalty programme.

do999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts in a different name will be returned and may trigger an account review.

• Deposits are subject to minimum transaction amounts as displayed at the point of payment.
• Withdrawals require any active bonus wagering requirements to be met in full before funds can be released.
• do999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds held in your do999 account do not accrue interest under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

do999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket free bets, casino cashback, bingo free tickets and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are denominated in PKR.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the relevant offer page within the Promotions section after login. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless the individual offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be opted into where indicated before a qualifying deposit or bet is placed. Retroactive opt-ins are not accepted.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.

Free bets awarded as part of cricket or sports promotions are valid for the markets and minimum odds stated in the individual offer. Free bet stakes are not returned as part of any winnings — only net returns above the free bet stake are credited to your account.

6 Betting Rules

do999 offers sports betting and pre-match betting markets across cricket, football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. do999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are materially different from the correct market price due to a technical fault — do999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the betting rules section of your account.
• For cricket markets, results are determined on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures). do999 does not accept liability for discrepancies between third-party data feeds and official results.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the bet and may vary depending on your account tier.
• do999 reserves the right to restrict betting access to specific markets, events or account types at its discretion.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. do999 does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets and is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to a market suspension.

For Pakistan Super League and T20 international cricket, do999 offers an extended range of markets throughout the tournament period. Market availability is subject to the do999 trading schedule and may not cover every fixture in every competition.

7 Casino and Live Casino

The casino and live casino sections of do999 are provided in partnership with third-party game providers. By playing any casino or live casino game, you acknowledge that the outcome of games is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, by real-time physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by live dealers.

• All casino game outcomes are final. do999 does not reverse casino results under any circumstances except where a verified technical fault has materially affected the outcome of a game round.
• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game itself. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.
• Live casino tables may have minimum and maximum stake limits that differ from standard casino games. These are displayed at the table before you sit down.
• If a live casino game is interrupted by a technical fault mid-round, the round will be void and the stake returned to your account balance. Partial results from interrupted rounds are not used to determine payouts.

8 Bingo

• Bingo tickets must be purchased before the game commences. Late entry into a game that has already started is not permitted.

9 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

do999 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, voiding of bets or winnings, and permanent closure of all associated accounts:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or algorithm to place bets, spin games, or navigate the platform.

• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live casino or bingo games.
